History
The Extrudr Pearl is an in-house development designed especially for design applications. The aim was to create a particularly shiny and shimmering surface that can be used for a wide range of applications.
Manufacture
3D-Printing
The special surface of the material is maintained at low printing temperatures. Since materials are more difficult to process in this case, even advanced users should use this material.
Technical data
The material is mechanically and thermally comparable to PLA. In addition, the material is biodegradable and can be used as an option for PETG or similar materials in the design area.
Applications
The material is biodegradable and therefore open to many applications. Due to the unique surface and unmistakable feel of the material, the Extrudr Pearl is very suitable for designer applications.

Extrudr Pearl is used by Nest in the area of organic urns. Due to the special properties and the beautiful surface of the material, the printed parts can be processed into unique urns, which can be precisely adapted to the individual wishes of the customers by means of additive manufacturing. Due to the biological origin of the material the urns can be used for earth burials.
